The Duration of study for B.Ed degree course is two years. This course consists of 200 working days per year exclusive of admission and examination with a minimum of Six hours per day. Ist Year & II nd Year: The 200 working days will include curriculum instruction days, Examination days, Teaching practice days, Revision Examination days and study holidays.
English and Bengali shall be the medium of instruction. Students may opt for English or Medium Bengali for teaching practice and to write their theory Examinations.
1. The candidates should have passed the UG Degree Examination in the 10+2+3 stream, with the same main subject in part III, for which he is seeking admission in the B.Ed., course.The candidate must have 50% in the UG or PG.
D.El.Ed is a 2-year full-time diploma course which is divided into 4 semesters. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply
